How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after you place them. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, and international orders within 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. My package says “delivered,” but I don’t have it. What do I do? First, check with your neighbors or local post office — it’s often a mis-scan or early delivery notice. If it doesn’t turn up within a few days, email us at grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
How do I report a damaged or defective item?
Email grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short description. We’ll review and arrange a replacement if applicable.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, since our products are made to order and can’t be exchanged.
Are your products unisex?
Yes — most of our pieces are designed with a unisex fit in mind. If a specific item runs smaller or larger, we’ll note it in the product description.
Can I carry Grunge Luxe in my store?
Yes — we’d love to collaborate. Email us at grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com with your store name, location, and social links, and we’ll send you wholesale information.
Do you work with influencers or stylists?
We do — if your aesthetic aligns with Grunge Luxe, email your social handles and portfolio to grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com with “Collaboration” in the subject line.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we can’t make adjustments.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available and delivered instantly by email. They never expire.
