1. Shipping Information
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because most Grunge Luxe products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful, production times may vary slightly depending on demand and inventory availability.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery timeframes:
• U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after processing
• International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs
We do not guarantee delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost in transit or delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, contact us at grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com.
We’ll help you investigate and, when applicable, file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
2. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
However, we will always make things right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or size, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Custom or limited-edition products
• Items returned without authorization
4. Order Cancellations or Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, email grungeluxeclothing@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for in-process items.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
